Tysons Overlook is an eleven story, 316,000 square foot Class-A office building including a basement level and a 288,000 square foot parking garage situated at the northwest corner of the newly constructed Jones Branch Drive/HOT Lanes and Jones Branch Connector Road intersection. The building is a composite structural steel building skin with the combination of precast, ribbon windows, curtainwall and metal panels. The site improvements included heavy landscaping with a rear patio overlooking the nearby pond, as well as, the addition of access lanes along Jones Branch Drive.
